RESERVATIONS
For a reservation to be effective it will have to ensure with  the total of the first night of the reservation through a deposit or bank transfer, please send proof of payment to our email info@hotelguadalajara.com.mx, the remaining balance of the reservation  is to be paid in cash on arrival at the hotel.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made before 12:00 PM 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax fees

In case of no-show (e.g. guests not showing up at the date of arrival) or cancellations received after 12:00PM 48 hours prior to arrival, one night’s room and tax fees will be charged.

In case of early departure, cancellations must be made before 12:00 PM 48 hours prior to the actual departure date to avoid a charge of one night’s room and tax fees  as early departure fee.

Policies can vary for specials, packages, and prepaid reservations. Please review the booking description of your reservation.

NO SHOW POLICY
Reservations not submitted in date from arrival are considered NO SHOW and no refunds of any kind will be made.
All rates quoted are per room, per night, in Mexican pesos.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
The Check in to our hotel is 14: 00hrs
Check out time is: 12: 00hrs

PARKING

The parking is free of charge for hotel guests and reserved for hotel guests. It located directly in  the hotel building but is not attended. In case of damages to the vehicle or burglary, the hotel is not responsible. No valet parking.
